Service done: 1. Oil change 2. State inspection What i did not like: 1. My appointment was at 10 30am and my car wasn't done until close to 1pm. 2. No snacks i Oil change 2. Sitting for service that long I can only use so much money to buy snacks. 3. The reason it took so long based off the Rep was because I only had a oil change scheduled not a state inspection. I don't know what he was talking about. When I booked my appiintmemt over the phone, I told the Phone Rep I would need those, so still not an excuse for over 2 hours. 4. No status update on my vehicle. I had to walk to the service area and ask myself. 5. The Rep didn't make me feel welcomed. Will spend my money at Hall Nissan of Va Beach. This place didn't want to sell me a vehicle now service is horrible. Can't win here. More
