Was told Per "Nissan " Car & Battery need to come in together. Even with receipt of purchase of battery. Having car towed into shop was then told if battery didn't show a faulty code there would be " nothing" they could do. Really you tell me this before checking battery after I had car towed to your location as I was instructed. Are you not a service provider for "Nissan "? I was beyond over this. Was told they needed my information. I said I purchased my vehicle there when it was Hall. Was told they didn't have my information. Funny when got final invoice had my old name on it( I remarried after husband passed) & my work phone number ( retired since 2017). Found battery to be bad. Was told I still had to pay a prorated cost for new battery. If I would had to pay for tow Plus the battery I should have bought a after market battery. I have been a long time Nissan customer after this I may need to rethink my purchases in the future. This could have be handled differently if after trying to call but no answer & no call back. When I told them about me calling I was told it goes to a call center. Funny number I called is the one the texted about my car as it being service. More

Everything was smoothly run and no pressure was put on me. Made sure I had everything I needed and answered any questions I had. Was even toned and patient. That didn't give me much time to think about it and made me feel high pressured. A few days later, I called to negotiate the price but he didn't want to budge or allow me to utilize more incentives so I ended up buying a truck from another dealer that gave me a better deal. Also, I could tell from the pictures of the truck that it had been sitting outside for a long time as you could see the oxidation streaks coming from the door handles. If you're going to sell a truck at full price, you need to clean it and make it presentable. More
The service advisor was very friendly and helpful and gave an accurate time frame for an oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price. But unfortunately the service didn’t go as well, the tire rot gave an accurate time frame for an oil change and tire rotation for a reasonable price. But unfortunately the service didn’t go as well, the tire rotation was not performed initially and the trucks hood, bumper and grill were covered in oily hand prints. I let the service advisor know the rotation was not complete and she promptly got a technician out to verify it was not done and the truck was quickly taken back to complete a tire rotation. I am concerned that my oil change and tire rotation was not done correctly given the lack of attention to detail the servicing technician gave to my truck. More

The clerk was pleasant and he told me the wait could be longer than usual. I appreciate his honesty and he informed me that he would send my vehicle back but if it was going to actually take 3 hours like h longer than usual.
