I had my vehicle towed to dealership because I needed my transmissions tcm programmed, prior to this the the vehicle would drive go in and shift into gear tcm was installed and unprogrammed and would not re transmissions tcm programmed, prior to this the the vehicle would drive go in and shift into gear tcm was installed and unprogrammed and would not recognize shift selection. All of this was explained in detail and fluid changed and pan cleaned and gasket changed (as in it is not programmed do not drive) Roland and team proceeded to start and try to drive vehicle from back of lot into garage, shredded the transmission in the process when I received my nv2500hd back the fluid was burnt and full of chunks of metal, precious brand new fluid was now dark,and gritty with metal throughout. I was not charged for the service, but my transmission for sure was destroyed. Prior to service I needed a valve body tcm program, now I need a hard to source on back order $9000 transmission. More
