We enjoyed Mr. King's personality and professionalism. We felt that he treated us like family in taking care of and respecting our car buying decisions. The early communication related to the financing wasn't as transparant as I would have liked it to be when dealing with the finance department. I did appreciate all the hard work in trying to get us an affordable payment. I just would have preferred a good financial discussion before any expectations of a purchase.
