The LoJack was removed successfully. The only issue I had was the lack of communication. No one answered the phones to update me on the status of my repair. After I kept calling , finally I received a text after 4pm to say they were still working on it. I still never received a phone call when my vehicle was ready. If I had not checked my text messages, I would not have known that my car was ready around 4:50pm. It would have been nice to receive a courtesy phone call. Overall the removal of the LoJack was necessary. I have had constant issues since purchasing this vehicle from this place. Purchasing from this company is the biggest mistake of my life. I found a lot of underlying products that was added to the purchase price of my vehicle. I'm not happy at all how I have been treated since purchasing from Southern Nissan of Chesapeake. It's horrible to travel an hour everytime something goes wrong with this vehicle. I really hate when they blatantly ignore my phone calls when I call, it's quite disturbing. Especially when they are in possession of my vehicle. More
