We have our vehicle there several time with the same issue . No one would understand the Saturday before my husband. Was trying to yo get my car towed there because we didn’t realize it was the battery. issue . No one would understand the Saturday before my husband. Yeah we are lucky that an accident didn’t occur. For two years a run a round . I will get my oil change from a different dealership. Y’all aren’t the only one in town. Oh and by the way when I scheduled the appointment it was going to be diagnostic. When I arrived that Thursday he had the nerve to tell me “why was it scheduled like this” since tomorrow is the weekend. Also going to be diagnostic. Also we have been there multiple times and he asked like it the last extended warrant didn’t cover it it would be up to me. This is a known issue … Nissan ended up covering . We have purchased three vehicles from the old hall Nissan . After this I will never again buy from Southern . Ps the rental car lady was awesome . This guy nope…. More
