Gino was amazing, he helped me when I could not get my phone to connect to my car in order to utilize my Google maps. He took the time to come to my home and fixed the issue. The next week I encountered a phone to connect to my car in order to utilize my Google maps. He took the time to come to my home and fixed the issue. The next week I encountered another problem when my car would not start. My anxiety was through the roof and I was frustrated. I kept calling the Dealership and I was told to call roadside assistance to pick up my vehicle. When I called previously Eddie hung up in my face after laughing and refused to answer my calls. I contacted Gino and he took care of my issue speedily. Gino listened to my concerns and made sure I was taken care of. He even took the time out to follow up with me the next day to make sure that I didn't encounter any more issues with my 2022 Rogue. Thank you Gino for your professionalism, and caring. You are Awesome! More
