Dumpster fire My original issue with my 2009 Nissan 370 Z is my key fobs stopped working for my vehicle and I could not lock or unlock the car. On top of that I could not lock or unlock the car with my 370 Z is my key fobs stopped working for my vehicle and I could not lock or unlock the car. On top of that I could not lock or unlock the car with my physical key from the outside of the vehicle, however, the key fobs would still work to start and stop the vehicle. I came to the dealership starting in March about seven different times for one day trips over a 2 month period , and then even dropped it off another time for a total of 13 days in May, and then dropped it off another time for a total of 31 days in June into July. The only issue fixed was my door actuator where now I can finally lock the car with the physical key. My key fobs are still not working to lock or unlock the vehicle, and to make matters worse I was told delay after delay until it got to the point where my service advisor David stopped communicating with me and I was stranded without a vehicle once I returned to work after a 30 day period off of work because of my shoulder surgery. I finally came up to pick up the car and like I said, the major issue wasn’t fixed, the minor issue was fixed, but then to make matters worse, My window tint on my driver side window was also scratched along with my window itself. This is the second dealership I’ve been to with the other one being Hall Nissan in Virginia Beach which also was extremely rude and had plenty of issues. I’m not going to return here due to the lack of service, lack of communication, and although the shop foreman Barry working on my vehicle seemed like an expert and seemed to try to fix my issue while working on it and he was helpful, at the end of the day my issue was not fixed, therefore wasting an extreme amount of time. On top of that service never answered the phone when I called, nor did my service advisor, so I had to call sales every time to transfer me and even then I would reach voicemail and they’d never return my calls. Finally got in touch with Ashley the sales manager and she was the only one that could probe service to actually call me back and communicate and do their job. Car hasn’t been started in a while (since it’s been “DONE” even tho not fixed, and no one told me) so now it’s slow to startup, hopefully won’t need a battery or other replacement parts. 2 grand later for BCM/RKE testing, key fob testing/replacing, antenna testin and replacing of my trunk knob (they waived the labor at least). 2 grand just to not have my stuff fixed. More

I can truly say every time that I have been to Nissan I have been treated like a number one customer. And I get out at standard time. Sometimes I go for some craziness that I don’t know what’s going on wit have been treated like a number one customer. And I get out at standard time.
