I arrived there without an appointment for one of my tires having a low tire pressure and the service rep let me know that they would not only add air to my tire but also check to see why one of my tire tires having a low tire pressure and the service rep let me know that they would not only add air to my tire but also check to see why one of my tires has low tire pressure. They removed the tire & ran it thru many different tests and they let me know that there wasn't any issues with the rim or tire and they added air and all was good. I so grateful for you all assistance on that day with my 2022 Nissan Maxima and were able cancel any worries I had about the rim & tire and what I might need to have done to keep me safe. I have had so many problems with the Nissan of Chesapeake. They charged my contract for the LoJack, and its not working. I have went on the weekend and I was told that it will work in 48 hours. Then I was told it will take 60 days. 60 days has passed. They put a new Lojack in my car, and it's still not working. I was charged for this feature in my contract. I was told that Nissan of Chesapeake, David or Jay would follow up with me. I have constantly called and no one is responding. I even reached out to a manager Gino, and no one is communicating about this manner. I truly regret dealing with this dealership. I purchased a jeep from them in December, and it had a busted hose, and bad sensors. I had it for one week and it was in the shop for over a week. After constantly having problems they allowed me to trade it for this 2022 Rogue. The keys needed batteries, it had a knick in the windshield and the car died on me and they had to tow it and they had to replace the battery. I truly hate that I purchased anything from this place. This is the worst experience I have ever encountered in over 18 years. They are not communicating and they are ignoring my calls. I'm utterly frustrated with Nissan of Chesapeake. More
