The staff is nice but my concern is that I dropped my car off because it kept cutting off and when I picked my car up 8 days later, the 1 touch window to roll down no longer worked nor does my Bluetooth. The window was fixed but was told I probably need a new radio for $2100 but the Bluetooth had no problems before dropping it off. So I picked up my car with 1 problem partially resolved because I was told my air freshener was draining my battery but I purchased the car in 2020 and just put the 4th battery in the car but only had the air freshener for the last 7 months so it can not just be the air freshener that's draining my battery plus at pickup I had 2 additional problems that worked perfectly fine when the vehicle was dropped off, one of which was fixed but my Bluetooth is not working still. More

I was not satisfied with the level of service during this visit. The Service rep never did associate my vehicle to my actual name, instead it was linked to my Son.
