my car needed an oil change and while there, service found an oil leak! They put dye in there and found they just needed to tighten up the bolts. The dealership let me down with a lack of communication and inaccurate information but their service recovery was excellent. It appears that a new employee was the reason for the poor communication and the manager Joe and long time service rep M’Tazi cleared up the issue and showed me that they valued my business. M’Tazi is one of the most honest and helpful people I have ever met at a dealership. Joe seems like he would be a great person to have as a manager and I’m sure he will get the new employee up to speed by using this as a learning opportunity. I bought my car here and will be back to this dealership for future service. More
