I was there for an electrical problem. I still have the electrical problem. My radiator was not leaking in my driveway but that was the diagnosis! $2500.00 for radiator, hoses, labor!!! Pricing seems pretty fair for the services they provide. It is my primary choice for maintenance/ service for my 2018 Altima SV. However, 4 services were recommended to me that have already been completed a It is my primary choice for maintenance/ service for my 2018 Altima SV. However, 4 services were recommended to me that have already been completed and they were done HERE...1 was performed last November (CVT transmission fluid exchange), and the other 3 were performed 3 months ago (Spark Plug replacement, coolant system flush/fluid exchange, and Induction System service). Service Rep should've seen that it's been a little over 33k miles since the CVT service and 13k+ miles since the other 3 recommended services. If I had someone other than myself bring in my vehicle, they may have been led to think that these items really needed to be done now. Good thing I have a good memory and keep detailed records of completed services. My fluid levels and clarity didn't warrant any of these recommended services. More
