They do not greet you upon arrival. Once you get out of your vehicle they don’t even acknowledge you are there. They weren’t even that busy as they were talking with each other. Once they did start my service needs they were rude, cold and condescending. God forbid you call them…..they hardly ever answer and forbid you leave a message, it’ll take a few days for a call back. I absolutely hate going there and will not buy another Subaru due to the fact that their service sept is so…..disorganized More
