We were in the market for a good used car for our son who was moving to Oregon to live with us and who was donating his 2010 vehicle which was giving him trouble. We went to several car dealerships but had not seen anything that was up to our standards. The Subaru reputation was good so we went to the Southern Oregon Subaru dealership. Our experience was over-the-top in terms of teamwork, responsiveness to our questions and needs; and willingness to find just what we needed in our price range. Our Sales Professional was Richard Hayden who let us know of new and old vehicles and printed out the history and information of the cars for us. He escorted us on the lot and patiently answered all our questions, including accompanying us on test drives in vehicles we expressed an interest in. We still weren't sure but Richard called us later and offered us his own research for our needs and photos of cars that had just come in to the dealership. We arranged to meet again and spent several hours going through the routine of studying various car histories and again, Richard printed out all information on any cars we expressed interest in. There were several cars that seemed viable but we still hesitated for one reason or another. Richard patiently worked with us and it was very pleasant to be at the lovely dealership and to meet his team of professionals who collaborated together. We also got to see the historic vehicles which were at the dealership and felt the Subaru pride in its performance. We can't say enough positive about Richard and his team who wanted to ensure our satisfaction and purchase the right vehicle for our needs. We never felt any pressure but felt was great support and interest in our search. Richard adjusted his schedule to accommodate us and gained our complete trust and liking. We finally settled on a 2011 used Outback Subaru, in great shape and immaculately clean for its age. My son is happy with our car choice and we have enjoyed taking car trips in our roadworthy 2011 Subaru. We will make sure that the vehicle is serviced at Southern Oregon Subaru because we want to continue our relationship with such a quality operation. More

This dealership is by far the best I have ever worked with in terms of quality and customer service! They have always taken care of me but a few days ago I flew home from a long trip to find that my fob with in terms of quality and customer service! They have always taken care of me but a few days ago I flew home from a long trip to find that my fob wouldn’t unlock my car that was parked at the airport. I was exhausted and didn’t know what to do so I called the dealership. They immediately came over to the airport, helped me get into my car and didn’t charge me anything for it. The guys were so nice and helpful and it was a huge relief! I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! It feels good to know you will be taken care of when unexpected things happen! More
