I can't say enough about how wonderful Rick Aarons and Craig (last name?) are. Rick sold me my used Outback and after 4 months there was a little problem. Told him about it, he told Craig about it, and th Craig (last name?) are. Rick sold me my used Outback and after 4 months there was a little problem. Told him about it, he told Craig about it, and then Craig "Made my day" ! Two days later my car was fixed at no charge! Extremely unheard of these days. The whole sales department is filled with wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly, caring people. The service department is just the same. Thank you to everyone at So Oregon Subaru!
