I’ve been seeing Stephan for service on my Subaru Crosstrek since I purchased it in 2016. He is always kind and welcoming, and he makes his customers feel like they are top priority. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to maintenance and repairs, but Stephan explains what is needed and recommended in a way I can understand and never makes me feel silly for asking questions. At this point though, I just hand him the keys and tell him to do whatever he recommends, because I know my car is in the best hands. I don’t usually write reviews, but I need to share the above and beyond customer service and care my family and I have received yet again from Stephan Abrams in the service department at Southern Oregon S above and beyond customer service and care my family and I have received yet again from Stephan Abrams in the service department at Southern Oregon Subaru. I came to Subaru with crazy codes lighting up my dashboard and Stephan was able to run the codes that day while also helping me tremendously with the cost of service and scheduling my appointment. A safe car is a must with little ones! We are so thankful to work with Subaru when it comes to our vehicle maintenance and repairs. Thank you so much Stephan!! We would give 10 stars if we could! More
