Like most, we were dreading the typical unpleasant car dealer experience, but from the moment we entered the Southern Oregon Subaru dealership and met James Paluzzi and Nick Knutson our experience couldn’ dealer experience, but from the moment we entered the Southern Oregon Subaru dealership and met James Paluzzi and Nick Knutson our experience couldn’t have been more pleasurable. Not only did James take us on a test drive and go over all aspects of the car in great detail, he made us feel like we were the only ones in the showroom (we weren’t). We reached an agreement with Nick and appreciate all the time and attention he gave to us as well. Valerie in finance was the perfect end to our car buying experience, a real gem. Not only did we get the car we wanted, at a price we feel good about, we drove away happy like we’d just made friends. The best compliment we can give is we’d have no hesitation in purchasing from them again in the future. More
