When we took our 2011 Subaru in we were not expecting to find out it had at best a month to live. Stephen in the shop was honest and upfront with us and gave some good advice based on his experiences. We tr find out it had at best a month to live. Who turned out to be another fantastic person. He knew our situation and did not try and take advantage of it. He was compassionate, kind, very helpful, and made the shock of what we had to do while dealing with the craziness of the supply issues much easier. As fate would have it, we ended up better off than we expected and at a fair price. We truly appreciate all the help and care shown to us and the time spent going above and beyond to help in a time when inventory is so low, they had no reason to...Other than that fact that they are just good people. I took my 2012 Subaru Impreza into the service center today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise the today at SO Subaru for a replacement of my valve body, I was expecting a long drawn out expensive process to get my car fixed, but to my surprise they called me only after about 4 hours from when I dropped it off and told me I could come by whenever to pick up my fixed car!! and informed me that I had a warranty on my transmission that I didn’t even know about and because of that I walked out with a new car and didn’t have to pay a dime! my service advisor Stephen Abrams went above and beyond to make sure I got the best experience possible in a not so fun time If you need your Subaru fixed I would recommend SO Subaru and to ask for Stephan Abrams he is very good at his job and pleasant to do business with.
