If I could give Southern Oregon Subaru 10 Stars, I would! They have been taking care of me, and my Subies even before I actually moved here! I would visit family and might be in need of an oil change, or in 2016 (while visiting) my Outback had a recall, and they took care of it expeditiously, and put me in a new Forester to drive around while I waited for a week! Today, Tony and John worked with me on a new (to me) car and I can't tell you how peaceful I felt when I left the dealership. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. I had an extraordinary car buying experience at Southern Oregon Subaru. After months of trying to decide what vehicle I wanted to purchase, my decision lead me to Southern Oregon Subaru for my new 2021 Cros Oregon Subaru. After months of trying to decide what vehicle I wanted to purchase, my decision lead me to Southern Oregon Subaru for my new 2021 Crosstrek Sport. A friend had referred me to sales professional Nick Knutson. When I arrived, I asked for Nick and he helped me lock in a great deal on a Crosstrek that was in transit. When it arrived about a week later, wrapping up the paperwork was painless. Nick took the time to walk me around the facility and personally introduce me to service managers, show me the service bays and the parts department. I can honestly say that I’ve never had such a pleasant car buying experience in my life. If you’re in the market for a Subaru, head down to Southern Oregon Subaru. Alex was awesome! He was so helpful and informative. My lease was ending and I was on the fence with what I should do. Alex explained all my options to me and did not pressure me to pick one over the other lease was ending and I was on the fence with what I should do.
