Thanks to his expertise, I was able to get the car I really wanted in the smoothest experience ever! He made sure I was up to date on the status of the car and that all the paperwork was in order. Knowing I'd have to drive a few hours to be able to pick up the car, he made sure everything was ready when we finally arrived at the dealer. When we arrived, all I had to do was sign, pay, and then off we were! The whole process took about an hour and a half, which included an overview of the car and its functions which made me feel safe on the long ride back home. This was truly a wonderful experience, all thanks to John and his professionalism. I 100% recommend this Dealer and especially John! More

We started our search for a good used vehicle back in February, and when we came to Southern Oregon Subaru we were greeted by AJ Medina. We were impressed with his friendly and easy-going demeanor, as well as his breadth and depth of knowledge about the vehicles. At that time we were just looking and were not ready at that time to make a purchase. Both AJ Medina and Ben Eaton listened attentively to what we were looking for in our next car, and then were diligent in notifying us when vehicles came in that matched our needs, sending photos and descriptions. When we were finally ready to make a purchase, they were very helpful in setting up an appointment for a test drive. When it came time to finalize details of the purchase, AJ worked on getting us a deal that was within our budget, Craig Pena was friendly, efficient, and thorough in helping us complete all of the final paperwork, and we were able to drive our new-to-us car home that afternoon. Today was a day "The King's" will never forget! We were fortunate. One of SOSubarus finest Salesman, Nick Knutson, we know from a previous purchase, contacted us about a recent trade-in. We drove in to check it out. A 2014 Outback with all the bells and whistles, plus low mileage. I have had my share of negotiating with car dealers and salesman and not all of them have worked out positive. Little did we know, this was going to be a day to remember for us. Today, Nick Knutson, taking into consideration our needs and circumstances, went back and forth to the table for us on this one. I knew deep in my heart that my Wife needed this spirit lifter. It was a feeling I had and that this could happen for her? Numbers unfavorable, we had made the decision to thank Nick for his time and were gathering our things. I could see the disappointment in my Wife's face. I know she was wanting this. Me too. Nick approached us outside and asked us to please wait a bit, give him a moment. Keep fingers crossed and a few prayers he said. When Nick came walking back out, it felt different? He was smiling. Even though he had on his mask, the rest of his face couldn't hide his excitement. "BIG HUG" to you Nick! My wife is still smiling!!! A little insight on this...My Wife has been struggling with the "C" word on and off 5 years now. Not too many things take her down. But i've noticed she's been slowing down a little lately and with the bells and whistles, She will be much safer in this car. Plus factor 10. She needed this win!!!
