Service? What service? They are like sharks. Took my Vaddy in for my rear brake light and blinker I was told I would need the entire back assembly kit. Keith What service? They are like sharks. He automatically said I need a whole assembly kit even though I told him I watched a dozen videos of people changing the bulbs. SHAM SHAM AND SHAME ON YOU. DOING IT MYSELF AND I HAD AN APPT BUT WOULDNT TAKE TIME TO EVEN CHECK THE FUSES. NEVER EVER GO THERE! WARNING. More
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Jeff Myles provided me with a truly horrible and concerning car buying experience. I inquired about a vehicle they had posted on their website. I immediately wanted to purc with a truly horrible and concerning car buying experience. I inquired about a vehicle they had posted on their website. I immediately wanted to purchase the vehicle. Jeff talked me through the process and told me to send in credit applications along with my mother. We submitted ALL required documents. 5 days go by and NO response from Jeff. I contacted the dealer regarding this and again no response. Listed on my credit report are multiple inquiries from the dealership and yet no response from anyone. I was presented with multiple shady business practices from this dealer. Just simply unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and star far away. The photo's below show our correspondence. Or lack-thereof. Currently a week later and nothing. This is no way any customer should be treated. More
The process was fairly quick. Trisha was very late with paperwork. I still haven’t received mine and I purchased early October. She said it would be in the mail but it never came through. Worst Customer Service. Buy Somerwhere Else I paid 27000 dollars cash for a car. Before I left there were a couple of issues that we noted and the dealer said to bring the car back and he would I paid 27000 dollars cash for a car. They refused to help with any of the ussues and just said sorry. The WORST company I have ever dealt with. Go up the street from a buy here pay here and get better cars and service than here. More

Poor Service I had an appointment. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to reschedule as though I was just walking in for services. It was clear that the staff want I had an appointment. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to reschedule as though I was just walking in for services. It was clear that the staff wanted to leave early or on time and thought my services would hinder that. I was in for an oil change. The guy who waited on me was a bit condescending. When I asked if he needed my key, he stated 'no I'll just do the oil change here'. He obviously knew he was wrong and assured me he would get me taken care of as I let him know I had no plans to reschedule. My oil was changed however they failed to rotate my tires. I rely on your experts to complete the required services for maintainence. Clearly, they missed the mark. I purchased my vehicle in 2013 there and have been a loyal customer due to the excellent service I've received. At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere to a dealer I can trust. More
Gross negligence in service repair Wife took truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Left dealership and in 1/10 mile right rear tire started shaking. Stopped in traffic on 15/501, she directs heavy traffic and makes 3 calls to dealer. They come in about 25 minutes (1/10 mile). All 5 log nuts barely on.They try to fix by replacing one lug nut that fell off. She calls me at work, I Insisted that all 5 be replaced, hub and rim examined, etc.. Glad she called me. Gross negligence and then you don't want to fix it right. Thanks Southern Pines Chevrolet for putting my wife's life at risk and me having to insist on fixing it right. I have to give you 1 star to be bale to post, you deserve a minus stars. More

Every service experience since my purchase has resulted in frustrating mistakes on the part I purchased a 2014 Acadia Denali from Southern Pines GMC. Every service experience since my purchase has resulted in frustrating mistakes on the part of the dealership. I am not one to ever complain, but this dealer has lost my confidence in them to provide reliable service. As a result, I will be taking my Acadia to Clark Cadillac for all future service needs for my Acadia. I already use Clark to service my Cadillac and Corvette. Love my Acadia but do not like dealer that I purchased this vehicle. More
