I don't feel confident that as a customer you have my best interest at heart and it seems my power train warranty is no good. I was informed a belt that was inspected in March before the sell of the vehi best interest at heart and it seems my power train warranty is no good. I was informed a belt that was inspected in March before the sell of the vehicle , when I purchased it the the end of March, that supposedly is showing cracks, is not covered under my power train warranty. I don't have plans of coming back to you for anything other than new keys!!! More

Southern States Mazda was the worst experience of my life at a service center. I would also give it less than one star if I could. They robbed me of a whole day. I had an appointment at 10 am.
