The entire experience was horrible and the General manager is awful. In our community he goes out to purchase products from local retailers and demands discounts while in the moment or he will not sho manager is awful. But if you visit his dealership he will not even discuss price at all. He was rude to my wife and made it clear that during my short visit he was not interested in my business. I will never purchase a automobile from this dealership. Double standard rip off! More

Jeffrey Spencer in the Finance office was really patient and explained every single piece of the process and paperwork. Mike was a great salesman, he was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have purchased many new cars and dealt with many dealerships both new and used and First Team is by far my favorite. The speed of service is also great. I was in and out in just a few hours, there is no sitting around all day trying to get information. All of the staff works fast to get you the figures you need and let you make the choice. They are not pushy or intrusive. I would highly recommend First Team. More
