This was the best service experience I have had at any dealership! I called another Jeep dealer that was close to me and they were not helpful on the phone at all and I was told it would be at least 3 day dealership! I called another Jeep dealer that was close to me and they were not helpful on the phone at all and I was told it would be at least 3 days before they could even look at my Jeep! I called SouthFork and got a very friendly voice on the other line. How refreshing! I explained my issues to Jordan Ball and he took care of everything without any hesitation. He said he could get my car in that day and take a look. He informed me only a couple of hours later that my car would be ready for pickup the very next morning at 7:30am! I arrived to find his friendly face there to greet me with a smile and had my Jeep washed and ready to go! I will forever use SouthFork and give Jordan a raise so he never leaves! Friendly people and excellent service! Way to go! More
