Lazy, unhelpful, and dismissive. The service department seems unwilling to do more than the bare minimum to resolve their customers’ problems. Even when they do attempt to address an issue, I have little confidence in their ability to resolve it properly. Overall, the level of service and professionalism has been extremely disappointing. I would recommend using literally any other Ford service department over these bumbling buffoons. More

Ordered the Bronco in late February, notified that the Bronco was scheduled to into production on May 1. I spoke with Danielle, she said it was scheduled on that and it would take about 4 weeks to arrive Bronco was scheduled to into production on May 1.
