Bought the truck off the showroom floor, after agreeing on final price was told oh yeah extra 350 for bedliner that was already in. Strike 1 Brought the truck back under warranty for several issue includi on final price was told oh yeah extra 350 for bedliner that was already in. Strike 2 Was told on phone yes you will get a rental car no charge.Day set to bring it in was told $40 a day if no issues are covered. Strike 3 Had to go back 36 hours later to pick up rental. Really only addressed 1 issue out of all I asked about, and kept my truck 1 week! Asked to have follow up calls as to progress. But I had to call there more than I got called! Am thinking of upgrading 1 more time but will shop elsewhere. Asst Service manager said "trust me" when I tried to get an explanation of truck issues upon pickup. This place is neck and neck with village ford, which I didn't think was possible. That place is the worst...almost! More
