William greeted me and listened to what I was looking for and presented me with options that met all of my criteria. He was very pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. He explained everything about the cars and gave me time to think things over without hovering over me. On the test drive he exlained things and showed me how to use and try out all of the features. The route was well planned to allow me to test the car at various speeds and on both smooth and rougher roads. Then the deal making phase was friendly and without all the game playing. I left with a car that I truly love at a price that was better than I ever expected. Next time I'll skip the other places and go straight to Will at Southlake. More
