I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends because they have went above and beyond the expectation that I expect it. They have definitely improved themselves to be a very customer service dealership. I also have to say Zachary took time to upgrade my GPS on his own with his own personal phone and I really appreciate that that really means a lot that he took the time out. More

Difficulty getting service I have a Nissan Leaf with two issues: 1) The sub-woofer in the Bose system never has worked. I tried to call service twice unsuccessfully attempting I have a Nissan Leaf with two issues: 1) The sub-woofer in the Bose system never has worked. I tried to call service twice unsuccessfully attempting to schedule an appt. I decided just to bring it in, and they wouldn't even look at it. I did make an appointment for service. When I brought it in, they verified the sub-woofer was bad, but didn't have it in stock, so I will have to make the 35 minute drive (2X!) yet a THIRD time when it arrives. That is over two hours of just transportation time wasted. 2) The Leaf will not charge on 110 when it is depleted of power. I wanted to get some technical support over the phone but trying multiple times I was never able to get a call back. When I brought it in, they couldn't find anything wrong with it (because it wasn't depleted of power). It will never be possible for them to test it when depleted of power, so I guess there will never be a solution. More
