I dislike the dishonesty, the aggressive sales, the always up sale on maintenance and will never go to your dealership again. For the past 8 years I was a good loyal Nissan of Southlake customer but, y always up sale on maintenance and will never go to your dealership again. For the past 8 years I was a good loyal Nissan of Southlake customer but, your management, your creepy sales representatives that think their arrogant way of selling is appropriate while lingering around you like you hold the oxygen they need to breath. But, my last visit did it for me - creepy sales man "Larry" needs to lose the tough guy bravado and learn to listen to a customer not, assume the close. Nobody likes to be pressured and from start to finish weather your there for maintenance or an inquiry PRESSURED to spend, pressured to test drive, and your dealership is completely dishonest- I was upsold an extended warranty and additional mileage on a lease - when my intention was to put more money down on my purchase- Nope got suckered! And I didn't realize it till after i turned the lease in under 36k when i really had 45k. So, I went back to cancel the extended warranty- I got the finance guy who was my best friend when I bought 2 cars the same day - lease for my wife, purchase for me. But, now he is a jerk to me acted as if I was the idiot - playing word games with me till he finally gave me the form to complete and then asked me to leave his office. You never keep people on staff long enough for any type of a relationship to develop- this is your ownership and management issue - you simply don't care it shows. More
