Were promised an owners manual several times by our dealer, never received. Check engine light came on day after purchase, as soon as we filled with gas, (tank wasn't filled when we purchased car) and dealer, never received. Took a couple visits and eventually were told had to call Nissan Co. ourselves to see if the part to fix would be covered. Have to say, Ford and Chevy always knew if repairs would be covered when we brought in vehicle. This is the first "foreign" car we have owned. The "fix" so far has worked. Would like to know how much it would cost to buy service agreement for the electronic maintenance now for our 2017 Maxima with 32000 miles. Don't really trust not having some coverage. More
Always outstanding. Recently purchased another new Murano from Southlake. We stay with them due to the service department under control of Randy. Just took it back for first checkout after purchase,. They are reliable, professional and treat you do well. We purchased from Kyle. Great prices and so easy to deal with. Reason we have purchased almost all of our vehicles since coming to CP in 1970.
