Found that the hands free tailgate didn’t work the day after. We had to bring the second key fob over to the dealership. Talked to Erick about this and he suggested we go to the service department and see what they say. Went there and talked to Mary and she took our car to the back to have someone inspect it. Mary came back and said that that feature was installed, but wouldn’t work, she was going to order a part needed and asked if i could come back this Friday to have this installed. I told her I’ll be there.
