The service advisors are usually great. Management and how the sales team lied to me is horrendous. Then wouldn't fix for four interior dome lights the next day after buying the used car. We also noticed a wobble in the breaks we didn't notice during the test drive. Now an emissions City engine light came on. Remote start also no longer works. Service is Honda level, sales seem to be used car salesmen. So sad. More

The whole process was very easy and I was in and out with my new Civic Hybrid in a matter of hours. This is the second car I’ve bought from Southpoint Honda and will return next time I’m in need my next car. I will also recommend this dealership to friends. More
