Well, my wife went to look at minivans she found one she liked . They said they would hold it until I got there, and when I did, they said they had sold it. So we found another one. They said they could only give me 4,000 for my trade-in and show me paperwork that the trade-in is worth 9,600 that hurt. So we went with the van that had a 90-day no payment thing. So i went with that one. As im signing the paperwork, they tell me that it doesn't come with the 90-day payment. One of your employees yelled at me because I asked me a question about the van and then yelled at another employee. I could tell he was scared of him. So I had to sign the paperwork because I had my wife and 3 kids with me who had been there for more than 3 hours haven't had dinner or even offered something to drink or a snack. More
