I was involved in an accident in AL in July 2021 by a USAA customer. USAA was easy to work with but Kelly at Southtowne Collision made it even easier. She scheduled an appt for me to receive an est USAA customer. USAA was easy to work with but Kelly at Southtowne Collision made it even easier. She scheduled an appt for me to receive an estimate, scheduled the repair appt, called Enterprise Car Rental to pick up a rental while my truck was at Southtowne Collision for repair. Kelly had me leave the Enterprise rental car at Southtowne when they were finished with repair and took care of it being turned back in on time. The repair shop did a fantastic job with the repair and repaint and the clean up. I would highly recommend Kelly and Southtowne Collision. More
