I was forced to take my vehicle in for service due the smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few mor smell of gasoline coming inside my vehicle. Preston Smith was my Service Advisor and advised me that the shop needed to keep my vehicle for a few more days to repair it. It was discovered that I had a fuel injection leak and Preston kept me informed via email and phone about the work that had to be performed. My family will forever be grateful for the diligence Preston and the Southtowne Family exerted to make sure this issue was fixed. We no longer smell gasoline inside our vehicle and it has been three days of me driving the vehicle, and I have not had to use my asthma inhaler because of the smell of gasoline. I also wish to THANK William who released my vehicle to me while Preston was at lunch. His humor is infectious and he knew exactly where to go to retrieve my paperwork during Preston's absence.
