Vehicle rides very rough..feels like tires are over inflated Everyone seemed willing to help but the results were not good. Vehicle still rides very rough. Very professional and organized during a national crisis Paul Hardegree was my service advisor. I took my GMC canyon in to have a service and a recall completed. Although I was late by one hour getting to th Paul Hardegree was my service advisor. I took my GMC canyon in to have a service and a recall completed. Although I was late by one hour getting to the dealership, I was immediately serviced in and out in 45 minutes. The overall attitude of Paul was nothing but serious and professional. Precautions were taken with the COVD-19 epidemic as with all service department employees and their positive attitude was just great.
