Had a problem with the engine. Nikki was the person who took care of me. She explained the problem and the process to fix it. Was honest and very friendly. She kept me from being extremely upset. Gustavo got the repair process started by determining what the problem was and tried to see if it could be covered by warranty. Unfortunately it wasn’t, but he advised us what the cost would be and that what the problem was and tried to see if it could be covered by warranty.
