I drive from Macon, Georgia (85 miles) to have both my Hyundai Santa Fe’s serviced. I trust Southtowne’s Service Dept. because they do what they say they are going to do and go over everything that needs Hyundai Santa Fe’s serviced. Had an engine blow during a trip to Florida. Allen Bruce and owner Steve arranged to have a loaner sent by flatbed to me in Florida, picked up my car and returned it to Newnan where they replaced the engine and owner Steve arranged to have a loaner sent by flatbed to me in Florida, picked up my car and returned it to Newnan where they replaced the engine. They also reimbursed me for my expenses with towing, rental car, and overnight stay at a hotel while traveling to my vacation condo. Cannot say enough about the great service I received. I have purchased, probably 12 new cars in my lifetime. this is the worst dealership I have encountered. they lie, try to rip you off on service, do nothing they say, and act as if they couldn’t care less this is the worst dealership I have encountered. they lie, try to rip you off on service, do nothing they say, and act as if they couldn’t care less about the customer!
