I was in the market for a manual/hatchback, specifically. I checked out third party/independent reviews on the Elantra and saw that it was to my satisfaction. I called Southtowne and spoke with Salesman DennisMoore, to confirm that the car was really on the lot. I was also concerned with the Carfax Report. When we got to the lot, DennisMoore showed us the report right way, this made feel better..because not only did the car checkout but it also had a remaining warranty. The Salesman, DennisMoore was very customer service oriented. He was upbeat, a bit humorous and just all around decent. I don't think we could have asked for a better salesman. I walked away from several other cars, but this car and the salesman, made the 1.5 hr. trip to the lot and the patience well worth it!. Salesman DennisMoore made the car buying experience a confident, and pleasurable one!
