Always 5 stars. My service rep is Carmen. She knows both me and My sister because we have always used this Southtown Hyundai for our servicing. She always keeps track of our cars. When we are there she lets us know what is going on, what to expect and charges. We are never blindsided. The whole service dept is great. We depend on all. They work as a team. You can’t go wrong.
