ZERO STARS Salespersons retrieved my payoff number on my lease termination on the vehicle I was currently driving, the numbers were showed to me, salespersons told me that the difference would be paid to th lease termination on the vehicle I was currently driving, the numbers were showed to me, salespersons told me that the difference would be paid to the other dealership and I would walk clear from that vehicle. All understood and I know the difference would be added to the new vehicle as we all know when there's negative equity. The issue here is when the salespersons took my old leased vehicle that dealership tells them that more money is owed. Now the new dealership that I purchased the new vehicle is telling me that I need to pay the difference. No way!!! They themselves got the pay off number and was never told that I was responsible for the difference, Their excuse now is that they retrieved my payoff number on the 4th of July from my credit report. How is that my fault where they got it from? That just proves that this dealership just wanted to make the sale that day and will say anything to the customer to get them to buy it right then and now. This is complete deception and lying by omission. I will never buy from them again and will tell all my friends and family and to anyone that reads this. Beware customers and fellow veterans from San Antonio and surrounding areas of this dealership for their deceptive and misleading practices. Never again!!! More

Will you would think they should know what the insurance covers or not cover...... receiving that answer I decided not to purchase that wheel n tire INS after I signed the contract so too late Right.....will in this case he informed me that the bank already wired them the money and what they will do now is send the bank a total of 995.00 and it will go towards the principal of the loan.... problem is 6 weeks later and the bank still has not received any payment......and as for me trying to contact the finance guy Juan I get no response......now he can't pick up the phone or take care of this issue....and I also tried to refinance through my bank and the commit he had on that so you'll probably save a few dollars I don't think it really worth the time.....you would think the finance people would try to help but not him he just wanted a quick sale so no not really happy with them..... Southway Ford I just closed the deal fast cuz we needed a vehicle that Day Saturday around 8pm they found a bank open late so again south way Ford tells me this problem I asked that bank we finance with and sure enough the bank tells me we're not open that late guess he was liein I wonder what other false information he told us my wife n I ..... I took my 2017 Ford escape with 47K miles to Mac Haik's Southway Ford (that I bought from them) and paid $185 for a diagnostic because it was running rough. They read the codes and told me a needed a new Southway Ford (that I bought from them) and paid $185 for a diagnostic because it was running rough. They read the codes and told me a needed a new engine that would cost $10k. I declined and they tried to sell me a new car. I took my car to a 3rd party shop and they fixed it by cleaning the fuel injectors. It has been running fine since. Mac Haik didn't even try to do a proper diagnoses of my car. They said that because they thought my car needed a new engine it would cost thousands of dollars for them to verify their suspicions by tearing it down and that I should just get a new engine or buy a new car and they would gladly put me in contact with a salesperson. Avoid Mac Haik at all costs, they are scammers and cheats and will try to wring you for every penny you have. Do not buy a car from them and do not trust them with your cars. Mac Haic is still calling me regularly trying to sell me a new car! SMH. More
