I have purchased all my vehicles and have had them serviced with Southway Ford. I know the type of service your company offers and it was strange when it all changed. After servicing my vehicle I norm serviced with Southway Ford. I know the type of service your company offers and it was strange when it all changed. After servicing my vehicle I normally received a call telling it was ready for pickup. I no longer receive those calls. But the most disturbing is that i came in to have an oil change on my vehicle and when i came in to pick it up it was a totally different price and your associate was upset at me for asking about the increase, to the point of being rude. I will miss the convenience. I would recommend your dealership but I would warn them about this issue. Thank you More
