I either bought a lemon car or Southway Ford had bad inventory. Not happy with my brand new purchase in May 2021. The experience was bad from the signing of documents with the VERY arrogant sales manage inventory. Not happy with my brand new purchase in May 2021. The experience was bad from the signing of documents with the VERY arrogant sales manager who rushed the process so fast that he did not allow time to read. I was definitely just a commission and not a return valued customer. When I came back for service on the issues, it was quite unfriendly and argumentative. My FIRST oil change was met with "you don't have an appointment and have to wait 2+ hours" when in fact I had called and spoken to a rep to reserve. I had to show him my phone log to prove I had called. Second oil change had other issues and, again, an argumentative supervisor. It's been a bad experience from the purchase to EVERY contact I have had when I return for the lemon issues or routine maintenance. It's my LAST Ford I will ever buy. Going back to foreign cars. The treatment is definitely different. More
