My wife and I were very pleased with our visit to Southwest Auto! We didn't know what to expect as we live 2.5 hours away. It was well worth the drive and we enjoyed the whole experience. Jason welcomed us at the front door and we immediately felt right at home. He was very friendly and quickly tracked down Russel, who I had corresponded with via email. A great attitude and a smile goes a long way. We then met with Russel, who was extremely easy to work with. He was knowledable and respectful but wasn't pushy at all. Russel was very helpful while answering all my questions on line and especially in person when we got there. I will have to say this was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. We even got to share quite a few laughs as Russel is quite the comedian. Ryan topped it off with a quick, stress free financing visit. Being out-of-staters, I wouldn't hesitate to make the 2.5 hour drive back for another vehicle in the future! Thank you Jason, Russel and Ryan! More
