Engine compartment was exceptionally clean. New tires. Only item that was over-looked was the cabin air filter, which was black as coal. As we previously had the same car model, I had some "in stock" replacement filters to change out what came with the car. My wife complained about a squeaking noise that I couldn't hear, so I was no help in diagnosing. She brought it back for a $95 brake rotor turning. Whether that helped or not is debatable. Your oil change & tire rotation program is an added bonus. I don't care for the forced-on paint protection charge. I have a 2010 Kia Forte with no paint protection and no paint issues. Our previous Kia Sorento had no paint protection and no paint issues. My daughter purchased a Chevy Equinox (from another dealer) that came with paint protection and her car has paint issues. Paint protection is a turn-off for me. With the painting processes used by car manufactures today, I don't think paint protection has any value. Otherwise, we're happy with the purchase process and condition of the car. My daughter is contemplating purchasing a new car and we'll be sure to consider anything you have to offer. More
