The service writer, Hector Diaz, was most professional and attentive and accomodating to all the requests I made. He kept me informed by telephone of the progress of service and worked with me to make be and attentive and accomodating to all the requests I made. I was not happy to find that it would cost over $600 to replace the motor for my windshield wipers, but I assume the costs are in line with other dealers. Overall, Mr. Diaz was efficient and courteous, and I would have no problem recommending SW Infiniti for dealer-provided service. More
