I walked in with a detailed offer on a vehicle at 7:30 pm and we had a deal by 8:15 on my terms and they had me out of the dealer by 9:15. Sale based off of lies We agreed to buy this Honda only after being told we would be receiving two keys. I even said I wasn't signing if we didn't get that second key, and Eli told us they had it and could after being told we would be receiving two keys. I even said I wasn't signing if we didn't get that second key, and Eli told us they had it and could come back to pick it up since the key department was already closed. Instead, we were given one off-brand replacement key with a weak signal and no remote start, not the original OEM key. When we went back to ask about the second key, the front desk told us, "We never give two sets of keys on used cars," which completely contradicts what we were told during the sale. In text messages, Eli said he was trying to get management approval for the second key and the floor mats and later said both were denied, even mentioning the previous owner was supposed to return the key, another contradiction to their story of having it in their possession. On top of that, before signing we pointed out a tear in the interior flooring and were told it would be taken care of, and that hasn't been addressed either. At this point it just feels like things that were discussed before signing suddenly changed after the deal was done, and we just continue to get a runaround. Update: It's been 4 weeks since I made and posted this review on Google, and they have yet to reach out or do anything about it. More
