Let me start off by saying my husband and I did not have a “sales experience”. My husband and I had no hope of getting into another vehicle yesterday, better yet a brand new 2020 model. We have a baby due in a week and needed a better vehicle so we figured we would try. Kelvin was absolutely amazing at listening to what we needed and bringing us several options that were honestly all perfect. We spent more time trying to decide between which vehicle we wanted than we did on paperwork! The day FLEW by because we were enjoying hanging out with Kelvin so much. When you find yourself sitting in your potential new car with your husband and Salesman and you are all 3 singing to Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” like good friends, that’s special and something you don’t come across every day. I recommend that everyone who visits Southwest Kia of Mesquite to go holler at Kelvin!! We are so appreciative of how well he took care of us! More
