I want to take the time to tell you about the service department. I bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento that needed some things done after buying it. I thought I’d run out of options till I went on and found t department. I bought a new 2022 Kia Sorento that needed some things done after buying it. I thought I’d run out of options till I went on and found the service dept email who turn out to be “Bill (William) Miles”! I can’t tell you how grateful I am to this man. He got right on my situation and immediately got my Kia fixed and even had my add-ons put on in a week! I will always take my Kia there to be serviced. Garrett, his right-hand man, was so helpful and called me everyday with updates of what they were doing, Bill even followed up with me. I’m so thankful I found Bill Miles email, otherwise I think I would still be wondering where my parts are. I had to return for another thing the following day and I was greeted by a very sweet young man named Prince. He took my car in to be serviced, showed me where to come and wait, then made me some hazelnut coffee. These gentlemen need to be noticed, along with whoever worked and did amazing job on my Kia. I’m so proud I came to this dealership. Not only did I get an amazing vehicle, but my service from the service department was by far the best experience. I will only have my Kia servied here. In these days of not knowing who to turn to when you need help, I found the perfect person. Thank you, Bill Miles, You are truly a great Service manager and man! My service advisor was fantastic but the overall service was not! The wait toooooook forever for just an oil change more the 2 hours waiting! On top of the my oil change was prepaid but ending up paying ove was not! The wait toooooook forever for just an oil change more the 2 hours waiting! On top of the my oil change was prepaid but ending up paying over $200 for extra changer and service I didn’t need changed out! But I guess nothing is actually free because we ending up Oliver paying for other things. Any thing to make a buck I guess! Smdh More
