Wow! Buying a car CAN be an enjoyable experience. When I entered Southwest Kia (Mesquite) I was extemely bitter about past car buying experiences. I felt like he was a real person that not only benefited from HIM making a sale, but by ME being pleased with my purchase of a new car. All of the personnel I encountered were honest and respectful. Customer service has not died! It was a one stop shopping venture---Lee, the insurance agent, got me a great deal on my house and car insurance and I changed from my current insurance carrier. They were honest about my trade in and acknowledged and honored the gift certificates or coupons I presented to them. Keith, (management) was also quite friendly and trustworthy. I traded in my Kia Optima for 2011 Kia Soul. It was by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman was Kevin Cole and I cant say enough positive things about him. The inside of the dealership was a little cold on the day I visited and he was even nice enough to give me the jacket off his back and i thought that was awesome of him. The financial advisor I worked with was Byson. He was awesome to he literally put his job on the line to help me get to a comfortable monthly payment through he bank, and I cant thank him enough. The entire car buying process was effortless and smooth, unlike anything I had experienced before. I arrived at 8 p.m. and was driving away in a new car at 10:45 p.m. - and I didn't even plan on purchasing a car that night! The staff did not even seem annoyed that I was keeping them there late. The Optima EX sold itself but Kevin and the rest of the staff at Southwest Kia were a pleasure to work with and an added bonus. More
